We will have 80 paid parking spaces right next to the hotel by mid-2024. Cost for this is 15 euros per day. (from check-in to check-out time). On the rest of the park you can park free of charge, but depending on how busy it is, you may then have to walk a bit to the hotel.
Unfortunately, the hotel cannot yet be reached by public transport. Arriving at Roosendaal station, take bus 112 towards Bergen op Zoom and get off at Designer outlet Roosendaal. From here it is a fifteen-minute walk to the hotel.
The regular check-in time is 15:00. Do you wish to use the room earlier? Consult whether an early check-in (+15 euro) is possible on your arrival day.
The regular check-out time is 11:00. Do you wish to use the room for longer? Then book a lazy day (+ €15) directly with your reservation and use the room until 13:00.
To book a hotel room, you must be at least 18 years or older.
No, Otium hotel Roosendaal does not welcome pets. Do you have a service dog? It is of course welcome, but we would like to hear this when you book.
When you have a non-refundable booking, it means that you have booked a cheaper rate that is no longer cancellable.
Vitae wellness Roosendaal is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
No swimwear is worn in the wellness area. Only on the weekly swimwear mag day is this allowed. This is on Thursdays. However, we recommend not wearing swimwear because of hygiene and the quality of the sauna benches.
No, this is not allowed. Only a bottle of water is allowed to be brought. Of course, we have a wellness restaurant and lounge where we are happy to provide you with snacks and drinks.
Yes, on Sundays children from 4 years old are welcome until 18:00. Please note that Sunday is not a swimwear-may-day.
The breakfast buffet is served on weekdays from 7:00 - 10:00 and on weekend days from 8:00 - 10:30. Do you have to leave early for work, for example, and want an earlier breakfast? Ask our front desk about the possibilities.
The hotel bar is open daily from 7am to 11pm.
